When you join my wellness community, you will be surrounded by other women who will be there to hold you accountable to your workouts, meal plans & healthy habits! Life gets crazy, and it can be SO hard to stay focused on your goals, but with a community to keep you on track, it’s near impossible to fail!
How does it work? Glad you asked! When you sign up, you get access to meal plans, workouts, community, & monthly accountability groups through an app on your phone. Once in the community you will be able to set up your goals, take your “before” pictures, introduce yourself & start interacting with everyone else - encourage, listen & ask questions! Then every day you will be able to track your workouts, nutrition, weight loss, muscle gain, etc. through the app. It’s so simple, fun & achievable - I love it!

Food is fuel, and you need to be certain to fuel your body properly in order for it to run well! I have 2 meal plan options included with each and every Pack. Neither is better than the other, you just get to choose which one is best for YOU and your lifestyle! Options give you FREEDOM.
Option 1: 2B Mindset - An intuitive approach to what you should be eating and what your plate should look like at each meal. This plan has zero “off limits” food. No “cheating”, measuring, or calorie counting. It’s simply focused around how your body responds to food and follows an effective "2 pounds at a time" approach to weight loss.
Option 2: Portion Fix - This is a more disciplined and structured meal plan focused on macronutrients & whole foods. Through the use of color-coded containers that assist in portion control, and an easy-to-follow & educational plan, you’ll find freedom with food, learn what foods are best for fueling your body & feel amazing as you race towards your goals!

We are all in different phases of life & that is why I use a “pick your program” method in my wellness community. When you join, you’ll have the option to pick from 40+ workout programs! You and I will work together to find the program that is right for you! All I ask is that you SHOW UP and SHARE your workouts & progress on the app! And don’t worry about sticking with a program. If you get part way into a program & decide you don’t like it, switch! There is no point forcing yourself to trudge through something that doesn’t bring you joy. If you don’t feel like doing a program’s workout today, don’t! Go for a walk instead! I’m not concerned about what workout you do each day, just as long as you’re moving & taking care of YOU!
To add even more accountability, everyday Monday-Friday we have a team wide 5:30am CST Zoom call with my community. We gather, chat a bit & then press “play” on our workouts, do our devotions, journal… whatever gets your day off to its best start! This Zoom call is optional, but is HUGE for holding you accountable to your goals, and we’d love to have you join us!
My monthly groups start the 1st Monday of the month! If you jump in with a BODi Block, you’ll do three weeks of 5 workouts a week followed by a recovery week before moving on to the next month! This format is called Block Periodization which will help you create a long-term sustainable routine instead of burning out. Personally since switching to this format back in November, I’ve never been more consistent and excited about my routine plus I love having the weekends off to sleep in or work on other things early in the morning.
